About Charlie…

Charlie has worked in the marketing and loyalty industry for 19 years across multiple sectors including telecommunications, financial services, sport, retail, FMCG, restaurants, leisure and tourism. She now heads up a Partnerships and Rewards agency, Mando-Connect, set up in 2017 as part of WPP.

She specialises in developing data-fuelled partnerships and rewards. Mando-Connect have developed a unique Partnerships EngineTM that helps brands get their partnerships and rewards strategy right, every time. The Engine unlocks the real value in data – understanding what the target audience really wants, then overlaying performance and partner data to get the reward just right, and deliver outstanding ROI. Mando-Connect also manages a network of over 2,000 brand partners across the globe.

She is especially passionate about the added value that partner rewards can add to a brand’s loyalty proposition and programme. The right partner rewards can significantly increase programme appeal, engagement levels, retention and recommendation. They can also make a step change to the business model – driving higher return for the client at lower cost. Partners can add value beyond the reward itself too – supporting a loyalty programme’s communications, helping to shift brand perception and more.
