About James…

James has started, led, and been an executive
 in multiple companies, from start-ups, to public companies, and to multinational corporations
 with a focus on technology, payments and loyalty. He founded gift & real time loyalty leader ERNEX which was 
sold to RBC/Moneris. He has worked in leadership roles at the Royal Bank of Canada,
TSYS, Intrawest, RewardStream and Cardant. His second start up, Conasys, made Profit
 Magazines Hot 50 List in 2010.

James focus has been on the convergence of technology, payments and marketing while working directly with brands like
 Levi Strauss, Eddie Bauer, Nike, CIBC, RBC, The Palm, Radio Shack, AT&T, Sprint, Google, Simon Malls, and Visa. Recently he has been engaged in the food and beverage order ahead and pay space, as well as, card linking.

James currently runs a consulting practice, The Loyalty Point, and continues to work with some early stage start-ups. His personal strengths are strategic planning, product positioning, sales, and team leadership. His experience and formal education give him a deep understanding of business operations and finance management. He is a CLMP and lives in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
