Nicole is a loyalty marketing expert with a specialty in travel, retail, online gaming and coalition programs, both for digital and offline programs. Her skills and experience include conceptual design, and implementation of loyalty programs, evaluation and implementation of IT requirements as well as development and execution of direct marketing strategies. This includes building up and reorganizing new business areas as well as defining and implementing organizational structures and processes.
With more than 13 years’ experience in the customer loyalty management, her previous corporate roles include development and management of Lufthansa Miles and More airline partners; loyalty program design and implementation for bwin digital entertainment; and retail partner development at DeutschlandCard Coalition Program of Bertelsmann.
Since 2013 Nicole is an independent loyalty consultant and has worked on numerous projects for international companies in the area of program design and strategy, offer marketing and customer communication, IT requirements and evaluation.
