A highly experienced loyalty and digital marketing practitioner, with more than 20 years of demonstrated history in the digital marketing and loyalty industry. Skilled in Loyalty Strategy, Marketing Automation, Data and Analytics, Digital Marketing, Customer Journey Mapping, Digital Transformation and Campaign Management.
Strong entrepreneurial professional with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused in Marketing and Management from University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business. In 2003, he started his career in loyalty marketing, joining a company specializing in loyalty program design and services.
Launched & managed more than 20 loyalty and digital marketing programs for industry leaders in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and China, some of whom are Fortune 500 companies. He has worked with clients in Banking, Telco, Airlines, Petrol, Retail, Insurance, and Media.
He was involved in strategy and planning, business development, account management, research, and operations for many coalition and private label loyalty programs in the region. He helped organize Loyalty Conferences in the APAC region, bringing speakers from across the globe to share loyalty strategies and perspectives from different regions.
