Graeme is Managing Director of Premium Group Marketing, (established in 1992) a leading loyalty and incentive company located in Auckland, New Zealand.
Graeme has extensive experience within the service industry, primarily in strategic business planning roles. He brings a wealth of practical input into the design and management of loyalty programmes – specialising in Business to Business programmes.
Prior to the formation of Premium Group Marketing Graeme worked with a diverse range of companies providing extensive input as a business consultant, at the same time completed both an MBA and a graduate Diploma in Strategic Planning.
The range of clients the company services are diverse as are the industry segments they serve, and are a combination of both national and multi-national organisations.
Premium Group Marketing has recently designed a series of 'trade' business training programmes designed to educate and up skill members of trade loyalty programmes on how to be more successful in the management of their respective businesses. Many trade customers lack business knowledge and skill hence PGM's motivation to develop such customised programmes.
These combined with the benefits of a well designed and managed B2B programme will greatly accelerate the members likely business success at the same time strengthen the trading relationship with the sponsor of the loyalty programme. Hence a win- win to both programme sponsor and member alike with both parties enjoying incremental growth.
