About Amanda…

Amanda is the founder & CEO of Truth. Amanda’s extensive experience in the field of loyalty & CRM has put Truth at the forefront of the loyalty industry. She spent 11 years at British Airways, leading sales & marketing teams across UK, Africa, Middle East & Asia. Amanda also spearheaded Customer Loyalty at Woolworths, South Africa’s premium retailer.

Amanda is invited to speak, professionally, as a keynote speaker and thought-leader in her  field, both in South Africa and internationally. She is a judge at the well-established International Loyalty Awards (UK & Global) and the chair of the South African Loyalty Awards.

Amanda has deep loyalty experience across multiple industries and is a guest host on international podcast series: Let’s Talk Loyalty.

The Blind Loyalty Trust has been set up as an outcome of a very difficult and testing time in 2022 when Amanda Cromhout, a patient of Dr Michael Attenborough, was struck by fusarium keratitis.  This has temporarily left her blind in her right eye. The Blind Loyalty Trust’s sole purpose is to offer hope and clarity through essential ophthalmology procedures to under-privileged patients requiring corneal transplant surgery.
