Having had loads of fun working for and with some of the world’s best brands, I've learned how important it is to place customers at the centre of your business. I've also learned the value of fact-based decision making and the importance of data-led insight. I've seen some terrific examples of customer-centric businesses and I've also seen many that are on a mission to get there.
