KNOWN AS “CHAYYA FROM HAYYA” SHE HELPED DRIVE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS, MEMBERSHIPS (ACQUISITION AND RETENTION) AND MARKETING; INCREASING MEMBERSHIPS/ REVENUE BY 60% YEAR ON YEAR.

SHE WAS GIVEN CHARGE OF THE EMAAR GIFT CARD IN 2012 AND TASKED WITH BRINGING A “BRAND-WIDE” LOYALTY PROGRAM TO MARKET.
