Designed to address a comprehensive set of metrics for different types of loyalty programs, this study will allow us to establish operational and performance benchmarks that individual programs can compare themselves with.

The survey is a free service to the global industry. As an appreciation for your participation, we will provide a customized report at the end of the study on how your program fares on each metric and how it compares to other participating programs.

We understand the sensitivity of the data we are asking you to share. Please rest assured that the information you provide will be kept strictly confidential.

The survey is administered by The Loyalty Science Lab a not-for-profit academic research unit based at Old Domain University in the USA. 

They will not share any identifiable information concerning individual programs with ANY commercial entity, including the partners and sponsors of this study.

It will take approximately six weeks to collect enough survey data within each of the different loyalty program categories to provide the benchmarks. At this time. program operators will be able to see for themselves as to how they compare against the industry overall.
