Brands in the US clearly favour vendor credentials & industry accreditations along with options for input into the overall vison for customer loyalty within the organisation. Whilst those in the Asia Pacific region are more focused on the actual pricing for vendor licences. In EMEA, Brands appear to value 3rd party systems connectivity; including marketing automation tools, CRM, ecommerce & Point of Sale systems.
